The SweatBoxx Sauna comes in three different sizes to accommodate small, medium and large people!

The Compact Boxx – Recommended for people up to 5 foot 8 inches in height

The Standard Boxx – Recommended for people up to 6 foot 2 inches in height

The BIG Boxx – Recommended for people above 6 foot 2 inches in height

The above size recommendations are made to allow users to completely stretch their legs inside the sauna. People taller than the recommended size will likely still fit inside our Sauna’s but may be unable to completely stretch their legs out when sitting inside. For reference, the male model in the gallery is 6 foot 4 inches and is using The Compact Boxx.

The SweatBoxx Sauna heats up quickly, but if you are wanting it hot as soon as you jump in, we recommend turning it on for 10 to 15 minutes before you commence your session.

To further enhance the convenience of our Sauna, each SweatBoxx Sauna comes with a smart power plug, allowing you to connect via a mobile app. This enables you to remotely pre-heat your sauna ensuring it’s hot and ready for you whenever you need it!

The SweatBoxx Sauna is designed to reach a maximum temperature of 60 degrees celsius. As an infrared sauna, this is the highest tolerable operating temperature and will allow you to maximise the benefits of sauna use.

There are two methods that can be used to regulate the temperature of the SweatBoxx Sauna. The first is to set the desired temperate in the control panel inside the Sauna. Or alternately, the hood of the sauna can be opened to allow fresh air into the sauna, cooling the temperature.

This is entirely dependent on the individual and their heat threshold, but we recommend trying somewhere between 10-20 minutes to start with and building from there.

Yes! The SweatBoxx Sauna plugs straight into your home power socket. Please only use power sockets that are protected by an RCD as is legally required for all homes in Australia.

Yes! All heating elements and the control panel is wired to meet the highest level of safety – the wiring of our saunas has been vetted and checked by a certified industry professional.

We do not recommend using any sauna devices if you have any of the following conditions:

  • Open wounds
  • Eye disease
  • Severe sunburn
  • We also do not recommend it for elderly and pregnant people, as well as infants and young children.

You should also not use the sauna if you are under the effects of alcohol, and we recommend you consult your doctor before use if you have a pre-existing health condition directly related to temperature.

Our saunas are not weather proof and are not suitable to be use outdoors unless they are in an undercover area that is waterproof.

Yes! The sauna can be placed inside/outside as long as the space is covered.
Yes! We recommend a mild, natural soap and water wipe down. It does get sweaty but the hemp oil finish makes it much easier to clean. We recommend putting a towel down to sit on and catch the sweat.
Unplug the sauna from the power outlet on the wall before cleaning. Use a damp towel to gently scrub sweat stains. Place a towel on the bench to prevent sweat from dripping onto it. This will maintain the appearance of your wood. If there are sweat stains, you can use a chemical free wood cleaner at least once a week. If needed, use 220 grit sandpaper to lightly sand sweat stains from bench surfaces. Do not use liquid or aerosol cleansers inside the sauna.
Once your session is complete, gently wipe down the wood to remove excess moisture. Also, leave the sauna’s hood open for a few minutes so that the sauna can air out. This releases moisture and keeps your sauna wood dry.

Yes, we provide a 2 year manufacturers warranty on our Sauna’s and also offer lifetime support for any issues that you may face.
